A position ID has been assigned to multiple purchasing groups to multiple users and that create REQ routing issue.

Understand that this issue is due to assignment of same position ID to different purchasing groups as a L1 approver. Initially David Heimburg is the L1 approver for purchasing groups 058 and 073. But due to change in organization structure Mark Maidment is the L1 approver for 058 and David Heimburg is the L1 approver for 073. Initially since L1 approver is same for both purchasing groups position ID assigned is also same for both. But now approver is different for both purchasing groups. So need create new position ID and assign it to purchasing group 073.
